Hello When Mrs [redacted] came into our salon, she asked for our eyelash service***, a well trained employee, took her back and did a consultation about what type of type of lashes she would like Mrs [redacted] asked if she placed the actual lashes underneath her real lashes and *** explained to her that there are many ways to do them that she put them in between the lashes [redacted] showed her the length to be used alsoMrs [redacted] agreed to continue with the service and added that she wanted a "full" (thicker than normal) look Once [redacted] was done she was not happy with the "full" look In her words she looked like "babybop" and wanted them to be shorter, but the glue had already set and could not easily remove them There was never an issue on lashes falling off or glue on her eyelid that we knew of, her only complaint to us was they were too dramatic She then asked for a refund and I explained to her we do not offer refunds but would remove them if she would like and offered her to come back in for a complimentary service at no cost to her She asked [redacted] to cut them to make them shorter and so she did and when Mrs [redacted] left she was content with the service and didn't want them removed Thank you for your time and we apologize for this inconvenience

Not true I had the lashes put on according to what [redacted] said was easy for her to do I was not happy when I left the shop I was crying owner refund or written proof of free service. [redacted] is not good with lashes she told me herself So I would prefer a refund
