you feel this way but I am more than happy to  redo your driveway and if you would rather wait till spring that's up to you we pave all the way to December 20 if you didn't want to wait, but I have tried with everything that is in my power to rectify this issue  please contact me in the spring and we can set up a date to redo your driveway thank you for your patience and I look forward to rectifying this issue  I do apologize that our schedules did not work together  thank you for your patience have a wonderful day

we have already agreed to fix the driveway  and are trying our very best to get it scheduled in as soon as possible we should have him a date in the near future if he has any questions he can call us we are trying our best to resolve this issue thank you for your concerns

I offered to come clean it and the customer said he would rather clean it himself and then he called me upset that he couldn’t get it clean and I told him when I can I will get out there and clean it,that was about 2or3 weeks ago  he also asked me to look at a couple dings in old siding I’m...

Next time I will take pictures of before& after then there would not be any dispute. This could been solved if the worked was checked when finished. Thanks to Revdex.com for the quick response.

Thank you for your response. I have decided to settle and stop pursuing getting the black top issue resolved due to your lack of customer service.
So you don't have to come and repair the drive way I no longer wish to do business with you on any level.
I hope this Revdex.com case helps others in the future with their decision to decide on what company they should do business with because I would not recommend Jims Paving.

We have Already let the homeowner know We will be putting a free seal coat on the driveway this week sometime I do apologize for the wait But it will be resolved before the weekend thank you

After nearly 3 months of excuses as to why they could not honor a contract to complete work they agreed to do I moved on to another contractor. Since I was able to watch them go to other jobs I felt they did not consider my job important or not monetarily worthy.
They have done work for me in the past and I was satisfied but this situation was very frustrating. I most likely will not call them again.
