On 18 Dec 2015 I took my 2009 Chevy Silverado to have a oil change, tires rotated, and a 27 point inspection performed. The service manager was polite and courteous. During my brief conversation with him I specifically asked him if he could ensure that the Tire Pressure Monitor System (TPMS) gets calibrated since my tires were being rotated at this time. After receiving my vehicle back I later had to add one gallon of window washer fluid to the reservoir, which should have been filled during the 27 point inspection. I also had to calibrate the TPMS which I specially asked to ensure it gets calibrated. Additionally, I had to take my truck back to the dealership and have the oil filter replaced due to the oil filter being cracked and damaged during installation causing a continuous oil leakage while the vehicle is running. I would recommend taking your vehicle to another dealership if you want quality maintenance performed to vehicle
Purchased a 2013 Escalade today from James Corlew in Clarksville. Have purchased many new & late model used cars during my lifetime. My experience today was, by far, the best car buying experience that I've ever had. I've been a customer of the James Corlew Parts Department for a few years & was well aware that the Parts Manager, James W[redacted], was the absolute b[redacted] in the business. Apparently the Corlew family also employ the best in the business in the used cars sales department also. Used Sales Manager Jim Pine is ready to deal & was excellent to deal with. Saleman Romaine C[redacted] is a class act & knows how to treat a customer. These days it's nearly impossible to find a new car dealership that is still family owned & knows how to treat customers. Corlew still has it. Mr. Corlew was even on site & introduced himself & told me how much he appreciated my business. James W[redacted], Jim Pine & Romaine C[redacted] are the total package & know how to treat a customer. Thank you- Tim Pr[redacted]on
