Original estimate of $1700.00 and work was added and no estimate of cost or completion. Ended paying close to $5000.00. Part of the paint jobn was unsatisfactory, hallway was to be painted twice and only done once as an example. He left the ceiling hanging down. He said he was not responsible. He gave me a phone number of a man that could fix the ceiling for $900.00. Added expense. Jim didn't take that off his bill.
