I purchased Bruce high quality flooring at home depot and was shipped directly from the manufacturer factory seconds quality wood On 12/1/I purchased boxes Bruce Hard Wood Flooring from the home depot, model number [redacted] for $ I picked up the floor on and it was loaded onto my vehicle on a fork lift I was told to count the boxes and that it came directly from the manufacturer so I did and left the storeI installed the floor and found multiple damaged pieces When the job was finished we had left over boxes and I attempted to return them to the store I found out that I was sold a factory seconds [redacted] which is not even sold at home depot This is why there were many damaged pieces when installing the product Bruce indicates that they made a mistake in shipping but will not cover any of the monetary loss of incurred by installing flooring that is sold at less than 1/the price
