Review: Fix a dent responded to tow my car police summoned them to respond to have car towed to there facility. I was informed that the fees for the service were in a total of $200 by a representative who answered the phone. I arrived at the shop to be met with a belligerent employee who told me the car was undriveable and that the fee to release the car is a total of $336. plus tax and since we were questioning him of the charges, he was going to add an extra 5% fee to my credit card because he didn't like the line of questioning. AND that I MUST show the title to have car released. .. along with they made a copy of the title...When asked why the Title is needed and not just the registration he replied we have to send to the police department..I challenged that answer and he changed his story that it had to be sent to the [redacted]. When I stated that I was going to make a complaint with the Revdex.com, the [redacted] came out and took $50 off the bill.Desired Settlement: I would like to have them investigated on their practice of felonious charges they can incur that is not listed on their fee chart. I also want it to be investigated of their practice of making copies of registered owners titles in the excuse they use needed to release car to owner and that that information is passed on . and finally after paying the bill $200 in cash and $79. on credit card with a receipt I received with the credit cards approval.. I was asked to have the security code on the back of card , when I asked why ?.. I was given answer "we need it".
