Jimmy John's

I ordered 2 sandwiches and a pickle. After biting into the pickle I discovered a 2 inch long worm inside. I kindly asked refund, specifically being discrete to not make a scene because there were other customers in the store. After showing the employee behind the counter the worm ridden food. He refused to refund and said he would only refund the pickle and that it was store policy not to issue refunds under any circumstances. He was short, rude and irritated with me not accepting that. After I told him I would just post pictures of my problem on the Jimmy John's Twitter he angrily snatched the bag from my hands and demanded my name. He refused to give me his name and the managers name, any contact information and was using profanities in the lobby in front of a mother with her child. I then left and when I got home I tried to call the store in hope's of reaching a manager and was again refused any information and hung up on multiple times.
