I am sorry that I missed the initial email that was sent regarding this complaintI regret I was not able to repair the customer's refrigeratorI did troubleshot the refrigerator and suspected the control board was the issue since there have been quite a number of failures with that particular control board on that GE refrigeratorI am sorry to hear the customer incurred further costs involved in replacing additional boards based on my adviceI also regret that the customer lost a day of income due to me missing the initial appointmentI am willing to compensate the customer for his costs but I unfortunately can't repair the refrigerator
