Jim T's Plumbing Svc.

We have used Jim T. in the past and had no trouble and always paid the bills quickly and in full. He lives in the same town so it is convienent for us to use him. Recently we have been trying for week 3+ to have a Jim T. fix my 95 year old mom leaky bathtub faucets. He returned my call the first day said he was going to come out but he was going to call first to let us know he was coming. I explained to him that my mom is mostly blind and hard of hearing. He never called again and never came out. Left messages with the receptionist who answers the phone explaining that the leak is bad in one bathroom and that we had to turn off the water to the room. Ever since the first day he never returned the call and now the receptionist does not even answer the phone. If they have a problem or can't do it for some reason just let us know so we would look for another plumber instead of just letting us hang out there not knowing. Not very professsional to at least let us know what is going on - just leave us hanging.
