Jim and his team did a great job listing , staging, and selling my house. Jim was able to negotiate a low ball offer into a closing price above asking. Now that is an agent who is working for his client. Real estate is never a smooth process and our deal had plenty of bumps but Jim handled every one with grace and professionalism. There are many agents out there but I feel Jim is the best because he does what he says he will do and always has the clients best interest in mind. A lot of agents will just take the low ball offer and not do anything to really help the client because they need to make a sale and their commission is not much different if the house closes at a lower price. Realtor Jim *** is absolutely incredible. I have had 2 horrible and expensive experiences with 2 previous Realtors, so I was afraid to sell and buy again.
