Jim has done a lot of good work but when he installed my tub and forget to attach the overflow correctly, I had water spilling from upstairs through my downstairs vents and he did not offer to fully correct what was admittedly his mistake. Then, for a second chance, he proceeded to give bad advice in regard to a plumber sniffer gas leak situation that could have resulted in huge fees and problems. The second opinion plumber solved the case with only a nominal charge and no damages. I'm a fan over giving hard workers second chances in this small City but no more chances for you and I do not recommend to anyone. In fact, I tell friends to avoid.
