I am rejecting this response because:I am already having the problem fixed by another company, with documentation. I can't afford to have a backed up drain in my basement and wait around for Jim Dandy to maybe be responsive and do it right this time. I have laundry and dishes piling up and I need a clear line now. Jim Dandy still has not addressed why they charged me so much or why they abandoned the job. It is not right to make the consumer pay for work that was not done right. That is not taking care of your customers! An honest company would recognize that they failed the customer and give a refund.
