Review: New ownership is terrible!! I've been a customer for 20 years and have never had a complaint until now. They destroyed expensive curtains- shredded! Claimed that it was sun damage but they were in excellent condition. Showed me a disclaimer on the back of the receipt claiming no responsibility for damage. The owner is unwilling to give a dime in compensation. That's what they think of a loyal customer.Desired Settlement: I'd like them to at least issue store credit to cover part of the cost of replacing the curtains they shrewder.
