On my phone bill that is attached, show I got call at 11:04AM on 04/03 from Jim Butler Collision with phone number[redacted]1, I immediately called them back at 11:17AM and 12:02PM on 04/03 and left messages said I want to cancel repair.
Why do they deny got my phone calls? Why do...

They should be responsible for missing customer's message.
