contacted by Ms*** regarding her scheduled move in for 3/1/We had no knowledge of her move-in, we were able to find a file for her on 1/We did contact her on 1/and explained we were new management and we would look into finding an available unit for herUpon our efforts on finding a unit for Ms*** we came to find out that we didn't have anything available for herOn 1/We did ask Ms*** if she would be interested in our sister property- Aspen Village located on Kebil AveMs*** declinedOn Monday 2/we submitted paper work to our corporate office requesting that they cut a check for $to reimburse Ms***, it was explained to Ms*** that the check would take about 7-business days to reach herOn 2/5/we received the formal complaint from your officeAs of Monday 2/9/15, a check was mailed out to Ms*** for $If you have any further questions please don't hesitate to contact me
