Thought that I had a leak and Jim came out to look for me After 15-minutes he suggested that I'm simply watering the area too much! He refused payment and told me to call him back if after watering less the problem persists Can't think of any other person/company that wouldn't charge for a service call, regardless of the outcome! Highly recommend and will certainly call him back for anything in the future!
