went in for a dollar oil change,, they said the belt needed changed it was wore out,,ok how much they said aditional and when everything was changed and done the bill was and I said no to that and they said the old belt was cut up and thrown away after they removed itso I got screwed will never recomend a jiffy lube

I've been changing oil for over years and in the middle of winter my wife told me that it was time for an oil changeAs it was too cold, I took it to Jiffy LubeWhen it came time to change it again, I did it and discovered that the oil pan bolt was too tight and I couldn't loosen itIn trying to loosen it, it was wearing outTherefore I asked her to take it back for them to loosen it and to not tighten so much and replace the oil boltThis past week it was time for another oil change and I noticed they hadn't replaced the boltI had one heck of a time loosening itAfter I loosened it, there were steel chips from the oil pan & the bolt was strippedI called Jiffy Lube numerous times and all I got was a recording and no one respondedI called corporate and no response after leaving numerous voicemailsI purchased a new bolt but it didn't fit so I had to put on the rusted one and use a vise gripe to tighten it

Jiffy Lube was suppose to check the oil in my car and top it off in between oil changes They did not add oil to my car causing engine damage
