Review: january **2014 time:10:30-12:30i went this hair shop to do my hair perm. and I showed her (i don know her name)the picture of a model in the book that they have it in their store. I told her that I wanted the curls to be wide and not too much curls and she said ok ok. she wasn't really understood my style so I make sure not too much curls and I want it wide curls and she said don't worry. but when she finished my hair.... o my god~~~~~~~~ my hair was totally messed up, the length of the sides were different and the curls was too much that I have something on my head , like I felt like I had a helmet on... I was so shocked I kept looking in the mirror I got frustuated and really mad so I told her this is not what I expected and my bang was totally curled up so much that it looked really I don't want to say this but looked funny... even now I feel really miserable. the price for this was $60 but I told her I can't pay the full price since the style was not what I wanted and she made my hair so much damages too. so I said I will pay $40. but she told me she don't care if I don't pay the full price she will call the police!so I pay the $60 and came home. but even now i'm writing this I feel really bad and I don't know what to do with my hair, I don't want to go out with my hair like this o my god~~~~~~~please help me ~~~~~~ and how could they say that they will call the police????? that time I didn't know what to do because I just wanted to come out of that place so I just gave them money, when I think it now I want my money and my old hair back.....Desired Settlement: I want my full refund and their apology.
