Review: On November**,2013 at 6:45pm, when I went to pick up my vehicle from the parking garage(JHI Enterprises Group Inc, License number: [redacted]) which is managed by CITIPARK, LLC I saw that the parking attendant who worked the shift before had damaged my vehicle's bumper when he moved my vehicle. Jason who worked at the parking garage took pictures and report the damage of my vehicle to his [redacted].I made a call on November **to CITIPARK, LLC to report the situation and the [redacted] stated they will resolve this issue for me. On November **, 2013 at 10:40am, [redacted]from CITIPARK, LLC called me back and stated he'd order the parts and repair my vehicle. Now it's been over two months and they still haven't given me the parts for my vehicle and every time I've called [redacted]is not available and never returns any of my calls.Desired Settlement: I just want the parts and repair that needs to be done for my vehicle that I was promised by [redacted].
