bill for 3 consecutive months. However, as you can read on the enclosed Tenant Consumption History report we ran, it dropped to normal previous levels the fourth month and has held the historical pattern since then. This resident reports that her utility bills are low because she is gone most of the time. Her historical usage agrees with that claim. It is apparent that her oven, furnace, or some other gas appliance was left on during these 3 months of high usage. As a meter doesn't suddenly begin recording phantom usage for three months and then revert to correct operation.If Ms. [redacted] wishes, we will have her meter tested by Weights and Measures.Sincerely,

The Department of Weights and Measures is not a third-party vendor. It is a government office in charge of resolving issues such as this.

My response is it sounds like they know there was a problem, but I have to contact Department of Weights and Measures the company that they hired that works for them not me, I don’t pay my gas bill to Department of Weights and Measures I pay it to J&H asst Property Mag so why should I contact that company, you hired them, you should be the one to contact them. They work for you not me .I already know  that it Weight & Measures fault because [redacted] my manager already to me it was. So I really don’t know why there making a issue out of this!
