We have black mold on the ceilings, walls, and in the closets and they will not repair. Just came and painted over it and did not fix any leaks (we believe it was a faulty air conditioning system). The lights in the apartment come on at all times of the night, suggesting that the wiring in the apartment is not right either. Afraid to stay there-so paying rent, but living somewhere else. Such a big disappointment. Also ethically illegal what they are doing to tenants by making them sick with mold and putting them at risk for an electrical fire. Being on the second floor, this is not comforting.
