Review: Back in February 2015 I made arrangements to rent an Oceanside home in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida for the dates 8/18/15 through 8/25/15. According to the contract dated 2/17/15, I was to make 3 payments by certified check of $3062.67, $3,062.27 and $,062.67 which I mailed on 2/21/15, 4/3/15 and 6/5/15 respectively. The last payment was due on 2/19/15. I have copies of all cashiers checks and the cover letter that I sent with each one as well as the contract as well as US Postal Service Certified Mail receipts.On 6/23/15 I received back the last Cashiers Check along with my cover letter in an envelope postmarked 6/19/15 with JG Estates Collection return address (another name that JG Properties Group uses). There was no accompanying note to explain why the check and letter were returned. I and my husband have made many calls to the company and I have sent an email to all my contacts associated with this reservation but have received no replies to any of them. This was to be a celebration of our 50th wedding anniversary and is meant to be a family gathering of our very large family.I feel we have been scammed. Are you able to do anything to find out what is going on, is the company still in business, what recourses do I have and to whom else should I lodge my complaint? This is very urgent.Desired Settlement: We want the company to be contacted by Revdex.com and the reservation to be confirmed by the company. Absent that, we want a full refund from the company.
