Anytime I had a question, he was always available and did a great job communicating throughout the entire process. I am a Realtor who deals with Lenders all of the time and it's safe to say that Michael is definitely one of the very best. I recommend JFQ Lending to anyone in need of a loan.

Terrible communication from DanielNever told us the rate was higher, the amount of our cash out was $6,less and our payments would be $higherhe waited until the day before docs being released for signing to give us the loan termsThen, it was our fault the rate was higher?! Even the President of the Company agreed that he lacks communication skillsThen, he has the audacity to want us to come back and do a streamline refi at a lower rate in to months with them!!!! Had me take time off to go home and email documents he needed ASAP
