Terrible communication from DanielNever told us the rate was higher, the amount of our cash out was $6,less and our payments would be $higherhe waited until the day before docs being released for signing to give us the loan termsThen, it was our fault the rate was higher?! Even the President of the Company agreed that he lacks communication skillsThen, he has the audacity to want us to come back and do a streamline refi at a lower rate in to months with them!!!!
