This company did the same thing to me they sent an email saying they have my puppie at the facility waiting to be shipped and that I need to print the ownership forms and send it back to them to ship the puppie so I did and they came back and said the crate was rejected and I needed a air conditioned crate in order to ship wanting extra money 2000 to ship the puppie

These people try to scam my mother as well on 5/27/20, from an email wanting her to pay for an expensive air conditioner ventilated crate at the last min in order to get her puppy, claiming that the money was refundable upon delivery of the puppy. Thankfully, my mother did not go for it. Then they began to email legal threats that if she did not pay, they would sue her for pet abandonment. I believe the owner of the puppy was in on the scam too. Please do not give these people any of your time or business. It's very sad, how people will take advantage and do bad things to get our money! Especially to us seniors!

JFK airways sent us an email saying they had rejected our puppy's crate and that we had to either buy a climate controlled crate at 8400 or rent one for 1150 because of the weather conditions. Today it is 63 degrees - a puppy does not need air conditioning in 63 degree weather. We bought a puppy through Wills Puppy Mansion - www.willspuppymansion.com for $500 - Seller gave the name Derick ***. Maybe they are both owned by the same people and the websites are both fake and fraud.

April 30th; I purchased a puppy from woman in Denver Colorado from her page in facebook: *** one female teacup yorkie for $500.00 sent via Zelle directly from my bank app. to the receiver email: ***@yahoo.com, name: Perrin Cole on April 30, .phone:(XXX) XXX-XXthree seven. The seller promised me to ship the puppy next day. May 1. Next day: I received an email- letter stating a change of ownership from the pet shipping co: JFK PetAirways located in Denver Colorado later on I got an email stating that the shipping cannot be possible unless I wire "refundable" $700.00 for a mandatory animal crate. After the 'breeder' told me that this shipping company is serious and they will refund my money, I did send the money via Zelle to the name of Alexis *** email: ***@gmail.com phone (XXX) XXX-XXXnine two. Same day a few hours later, I received a text requesting mandatory $800 for pet insurance or they will keep the puppy. A JFKPA man called me explaining me that the money was going to be refundable. I explained that I could only use my credit card as I'm single mom I had to pay my rent and after that, that was all the cash I had left. He said it was mandatory and not to worry as the money was going to be refundable. Then I did wire the $800, then I received a 'itinerary' indicating flights and arriving time of the puppy which was going to be next day.May 2, Next day: JFK PetAir man texted me to wire another $700 as the puppy was hold in San Jose Ca. required by Animal control inspection and regulations for vaccinations as well as the USDA animal license since the puppy was younger than 16 weeks.I contacted AA Cargo and told me that this is a total fraud. The 'breeder' kept in touch asking me to go ahead as the business co is serious. I sent another 700 they promised to deliver Mon. On Mon. they were requesting another 800. so far no puppy no money.

If there was a way to give a zero stars, I would. This "company" says to be legit and what not but they're just scammers. They request money as early as possible. Two excuses they used were, " dog needs an A/C ventilated carrier" and since COVIDS a big thing right now, they're using that to get more. If you don't send the money, they begin to threaten you with, "if you don't pay this". They try to scare you into paying more, don't fall for this scam!

I HAVE PAID OVER $3420. FOR SHIPPING OF 2 PUPPIES. THEY ARE STILL WANTING MORE MONEY. TRIED TO CALL THE NUMBER SOME ONE ANSWERED AND SID THIS IS NOT THE PLACE OF BUSINESS I WAS LOOKING FOR. THAT HE WAS IN INDIA. HE HAS SENT TEXT MESSAGING TELL ME I WOULD PUT IN JAIL FOR ABANDONMENT OF THE PUPPIES.I HAVE ASK FOR COMPLETE REFUND AND HE REFUSING TO GIVE ANYTHING BACK

This company was contracted to deliver a puppy from Denver to my home in New Mexico. As soon as they confirmed that they had the correct address, they demanded I rent an air conditioned crate at a cost of $1000 with a refund of $950 once the puppy arrived. I grudgingly paid this extra fee in anticipation of getting my puppy. This was before noon on a Friday during low air travel due to COVID-19. Late Friday I was informed that the flights were too crowded to send the puppy. Saturday morning I was told the insurance had expired and I was required to pay another $1000 with $900 to be refunded upon delivery. I refused to pay and was told the puppy was going to a shelter and I would be charged with animal abandonment. Once I demanded the dog be returned to the seller so I could pick up the puppy in person, all communication stopped.
