Amazing experience working with JFs team. I had hired two different movers actually as I had three trucks worth of things to move, including one entire truck full of all kinds of odds and ends from my yard; 15 large potted plants, a compost bin, garden tools, my kayak, huge trash can full of rocks, bags of garden edging. The guys got it all loaded expertly, protecting my plants, with good cheer and professional care. They delivered it all exactly where I had asked. A joy to work with these guys. Night and day compared with *** movers who came late, with bad attitudes and took seven hours to do what JF did in 3.

The BEST experience BY FAR of any moving company I have ever had. Not only was Gene extremely helpful, kind and personable, the rates were very reasonable despite it being last minute, they handled all of my things with perfection, and additionally-I was moving my things out with the expectation that my ex was not around... He showed up right before they came to take everything and is such a royal pain that he may honestly be in jail soon/ended up assaulting a friend of mine later that same day... (***-he should honestly be on every girls blacklist... biggest nightmare of my life) BUT, the first team of movers made the woman facilitating the move feel totally safe. The team of movers obviously had to leave when they realized they couldn't take my things, but as soon as I called Gene back 2 hours later when things had been sorted out, his response was, "No worries, what time should I send another team?" This was one of the most toxic days of my life and JF Moving Services came through with FLYING COLORS. The next team that ended up being available happened to be the TOP team they had on staff, with twice the movers. This was the team that ended up taking all of my things, and there was no additional charge.
Through all of this, Gene was instantly communicative every step of the way, via phone or text, and every single person involved on the end of JF Moving Services was as kind as professional as could be.
My things were moved and palletized as efficiently as could be.
I would recommend JF Moving Services to EVERYONE........... They honestly could not have done a single thing better throughout the entire process!!!
