Revdex.com: At this time, I have not received any resolve with ticketoption.com regarding complaint ID [redacted] I called Ticket Option yesterday (2/23/17) and I did actually speak with [redacted] He repeatedly told me that my tickets were delivered to me electronically on the day of the concert (supposed to be *** according to our receipt)When I told him that all of my calls and emails went unanswered by him and his organization he told me that I never sent anything or called him This is completely falseI offered to send him the emails and my phone records I requested that he send me the electronic receipt of where he produced the tickets He could not produce anything I asked him how he could've delivered tickets to me when they were sold to someone else in September He did offer to refund my money but I told him that we had to make a fraud claim with our credit card company therefore his refund was a moot point That the credit card company was handling the payment correspondence with him and that he needed to respond to their inquiryI provided him a photo of the ticket of the woman sitting in the seats that we purchased in August He became caustic and rude and promptly hung up on me after I provided the proof of the other ticket holder I have contacted the Ohio Attorney General's office and also made a claim with them What he is doing is completely unlawful and should be investigated thoroughly to determine the scope and depth of the fraudulent activities Regards, [redacted] ***
