I have shopped probably more than 4 times on this site and first all these reviews threw me off but after ordering not only I got my products but also loved every one of them. They are super fast and responsive and they return calls. From what we know they have changed ownership and are not in great business.

I would like to warn the consumers before ordering from this company. I was a great thing that I use my Paypal account because if not I would have just been struck. When I first order the item I received the acknowledgement that it was paid and ordered. I was to wait a day or so to get my tracking information. I waited, and waited and waited to after 5 days I notified them, I received no answer, after 8days I notified them still now answer. I then went to PayPal with a dispute, PayPal was to notify Jewelsberry regarding the status of the order. Jewelsberry can back and said the item had shipped and I was given a tracking number to track the package. However my first tracking it stated that a label had been made...yet not mailed. After a week of receiving the same message I notified PayPal and request my refund from the order. They refunded me my money back after 8-10 days. Jewels berry never response to them afterwards....never even response to me. Terrible way to b=do business...I went on their instagram account and posted a message warning people of my experience with this company. I received several passages stating they received the same actions...never receiving their orders. Good luck with this comppany. Terrible business
