This place lose my Platinum ring, then replace it with a 14k; I had to return 5 times to this place to get my ring and at the end NOTHING, I still have a ring that is not the one I took to them. How can they practice jewelry if they lose your items, they are not honest. What a disappointment, my ring was worth 600 dollars, their ring less than 150.00.
what now????
