Jewelry To Adore

Review: I ordered a bracelet on November 12, 2014. I received a confirmation invoice on the same day and money was taken out of my [redacted] account for the transaction. The bracelet was never received. I have sent two emails and one Facebook comment inquiring about the order and have received no response to any of my inquiries. In all communications I have referenced the invoice number. I have tried to call the number listed on the website and it was answered by an automated system (not saying it was Jewelry to Adore), and there were no prompts on who to contact for Jewelry to Adore.Desired Settlement: I would either like my money refunded or the bracelet I ordered and paid for. Nothing more - a simple request to make it whole.
