Hello,We have been in contact with [redacted] and explained this was a glitch in our system as we add commission to thousands of reps every day. We have added the commission to her account balance and are considering this complaint as resolved. Please let us know if you have any further questions.

See attached pictures that it just says the free sample that it was only one per consultant. The scent sample with body butter it says that I will get a body butter with that item ordered. In no way does it say that if you get one that you will not get the other one. I am due a body butter yet with my 9 piece sample as per my order states. If they had stated from the beginning I would have done in two seperate orders but because it did not state anything I did not order seperate. The customer service has admitted guilt in yes that they were wrong but still refuse to send me my other part of my order.
