After years of searching for a local jewelry store with quality and options, I finally came across this store! All the sales associates are helpful in finding me items that fit within my budget. They are always going out of their way to give additional discounts and even gifted me a free jewelry organizer which I love and gave to my daughter. I am a loyal customer for years and will continue to do so!

First of all I want to make clear that customer bought rose gold over sterling silver (925) necklace and cross cze pendent and a pair of rose gold over sterliong silver earrings. Actually customer bought real silver jewelry and paid the price...

$400.00 for real silver jewelry. we always tell our customers what kind of product they are buying. Yes we do not have refund policy. if customer want to exchange same jewelry with 10k Gold then customer need to pay extra $1500. Because same necklace ,pendent and earring's sale price in gold 1s $1900.00.

When the purchased was made I was told that the pendant and necklace were real rose gold. Then I was walked to the other store and was informed then that the rose gold earrings were sterling silver plated and rose gold. Those earrings were the only thing as being discussed as being sterling silver. Nothing was said about the chain and the pendant including sterling silver which if that was the case I would have left the product (chain and pendant) there instead of paying $400 for something that isn't worth that high of a cost. I do not wish to exchange jewelry and I refuse to pay thousands of dollars on product that is not even worth that much. I have done the research and I am fully aware of what I'm talking about and I have taken the product to get weighed and priced to find the real value and it still does not add up to $400 no where near it.
