Review: On 12/*/2014 I placed an order on amazon for an 14k gold opal pendant with a 16 inch gold chain. Order # [redacted] A shipping label was created on 12/** 2014(December **, 2014, 8:48 am, [redacted] NY US with a tracking # of #### through [redacted]. As of 12/**/2014, [redacted] has not recieved the actual Item for shipment. [redacted] store employees, have failed to answer two e-mails, requesting records be checked to ensure the item actually ships. E-mails are not responded to, phones go unanswered. I have requested cancellation of the sale, which has also gone unresponded to. My credit card has been charged, yet I have no item. nor any proof I am going to recieve the item purchased.Desired Settlement: Refund my credit card
