Review: On 7/**/14 I placed an internet order with Jewelex.com for vintage beads and jewelry findings, for a total of $288.79 with my credit card. That amount was debited to my account on 7/**/14

This was not my first order with Jewelex.com. My past experience with this company is that they are truthful when they say on their web-site that it will take at least 3 weeks to fulfill their orders. When I did not receive my order by 8/**/14, I send an e-mail indicated on their site to "[redacted] asking for an update and projected date of delivery. I received no response. On 8/**/14 I sent a 2nd e-mail to "the president of [redacted]" and repeated my request for information on my order. Still no answer. There is no other method of communication indicated on their website. I still do not have my order as of this date.Desired Settlement: Complete the contract for sale or refund my credit card for $288.79.
