I purchased 3 ring appraisals over 5 weeks ago and still do not have the appraisals. The company has told me 3 times the appraisals would be done at the end of the week but was not. The owner put one of those commitments in writing (see reply to my bad review on his website). The only other option I have is small claims court. Please help me to get my appraisal or money back

Hi ***, as I mentioned in our phone conversation I'm a bit surprised by this review. When you picked up your three items two weeks ago we mentioned to you besides us switching all our programs over to a new software, appraisals this time of year take a bit longer due to heavy work load being that we do all the work ourselves on site. I apologize for you unsatisfactory, but as I mentioned on the phone today I will get you taken care of this week. I will give you a call when I mail out your appraisals. Best Wishes
