I did talk to *** the day of the delivery and explained what happenedShe told me that she went by the bakery and seen that it had been broken intoI told her I would return her moneyI am truly sorry for what happened

When I spoke to the owner on May she told me to call her and make arrangements to meet her to get my money backBoth me and my brother have left several phone messages and she never returned our callsShe finally sent me a message via yelp on Saturday June stating she would send me my refundIt is now June and I still have not received paymentUntil I get my money back my complaint stands as is
