[redacted] has received a refund on 01/11/17 for $2.50. I spoke to Mr. [redacted] on 8/25/17 and he said he has left messages with our answering service, but we did not get notified.  I made Mr. [redacted] aware that we will be back at [redacted] on Monday 8/28/17 to check the machines and give any refunds that are due in regards to service related issues.We have had a good working relationship with Mr. [redacted] in the past, and I’m attaching an unsolicited compliment received from Mr. [redacted] on 5/25/2016 regarding our customer service.  Thank you [redacted] Regional ManagerJetz Service Co., Inc.
