Review: I ordered a bathing suit from them on 3/[redacted]14. I checked the status of my order a few days after and saw that it was pending. A week into it, I saw that it was still pending. I tried to call the telephone number on the webpage and no one answers. I have sent multiple emails asking them about my order, for they have already charged me for my item. The 2nd week, some guy named tim answered and told me he was busy and would check it out later that day if I sent him a text with the information. I haven't heard anything back for days. 4 emails later and a phone call with 62 bucks out, I can not get a hold of anyone. I would either like my money back or have my merchandise ASAP. I have tried to call them this morning with no luck and it seems that the number is a cell phone and the voicemail greeting has changed to something else.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund or either my merchandise that was ordered ASAP.

Review: On February *, I placed an order with Jetties WHB. The order was for a pair of sunglasses with a total of $88. I paid immediately via Paypal and have a receipt of successful payment from both Paypal and Jetties WHB.
2/*: Received email from [redacted] at Jetties, who said that the order was processed (#[redacted]) and was shipping that day.
2/**: Waited two weeks to receive item, and never did. Wrote email to [redacted] asking for a tracking number.
2/**: Having received no response, I wrote another email to the business asking for an update.
3/*: Attempted to call company, but line is disconnected. Attempted to contact company via [redacted] and [redacted]; received no response.
3/*: Contacted NY Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: I would like to either receive my order or receive a full refund.
Additionally, Jetties WHB needs to update their contact information online--phone, [redacted], and [redacted].

Review: A purchase was made through the company's website for a pair of sunglasses which never arrived at the shipping address. The company has been unavailable and/or unable to assist with any additional information regarding the shipment. I have been demanding a tracking number for the package for over a week.Desired Settlement: I would like:
-A tracking number to confirm delivery
or
-A reshipment of the product desired
or
-A full refund
