JorgeThe Customers [redacted] Voucher had expired a few months ago. Though we are not required to honor the voucher after it has expired , we still called them and scheduled their flight. They flew the flight last Saturday and are very happy with the services. In the mean time they have written very nasty remarks on [redacted] and other online pages. I hope you can advise them to do the needful if they are satisfied. Thanks[redacted]
