Jetco International Service

Review: I paid Jetco shipping the sum of $310.00 to deliver 1 Barrel and 1 big Box to Haiti. I called my mother in Haiti and told her when barrel was supposed to arrive. In this time I called Jetco several times and inquired about barrel and box delivery. One time I was told by Jetco that the barrel and box were in Haiti and would be delivered. I waited a while and called my mother again and she said barrel and box were not delivered. I then went in person to Jetco and was told first that I had to pay $40.00 more because where my mother lived in Haiti was quite a distance. I then called the police, Jetco told the police that the barrel and box was delivered to the wrong address in Haiti. Police told Jetco they have until 1/**/2014 to deliver the box and barrel to my mother in Haiti. Called my mother 1/**/2014 and was told NO box and barrel has been delivered. Honestly, I do not want box and barrel delivered to my Mom I want my $310.00 and $40.00 refunded back to me. Who knows what was done to box and barrel when it was delivered to wrong address in Haiti.Desired Settlement: I want my $310.00 that I paid to delivery men when they came to my home to pick up and ship box and barrel. I also want the $40.00 dollars that I paid when I went to Jetco personally. I do not want refund in check or money order. I want my refund refunded in cash to me.
