If Mr *** wants a refund on the item he will need to contact the place of purchase (the retailer) where he purchased the unit and find out what their return policies areSince he did not purchase the product directly from JET Performance Products we cannot refund his money

All returns of any product purchased from JET are subject to a 25% restocking feeCarburetors that are installed and found not to be defective will either be refused for return or will incur the 25% restock feeAs in this case after multiple inspections we find that the carburetor is not defective
