Jet Medical Tourism®

My experience with Jet Medical Tourism went from frustrating to a medical nightmare. My coordinator, Stephanie was great, always checked in, quick in getting back to me until there was a problem. Then she wouldn’t respond at all. The 5 star hotel was 3 stars maybe. The hospital bed in my room had a mattress that was hard as a rock and the adjusting mechanism didn’t work which made it so painful getting in and out of the bed when I was alone. I text Stephanie to let her know the problem and she didn’t respond at all. The nurse they assigned to see me at the hotel spoke NO English. I asked Stephanie if the surgical team spoke English and she assured me they would. While at the hotel after surgery the power was 2 of the days for over 2 hrs. And this was the 5 star experience! 7 days after I got home I ended up in the ER because I contracted MERSA. It’s been 2 months since my surgery and my incision wound still requires me to be on a wound Vac. When I read all the wonderful reviews they seem to be for bariatric surgery. I had a Tummy Tuck. What was intended to be a gift I gave myself for losing weight has become a nightmare.

I used jet medical for my gastric sleeve they where awesome. They took very good care of me. The surgery was done on Feb. 28 2020. took a couple days off of work and have felt good ever since. I'm down 43 pounds and still loosing. So thanks Jet Medical you made my dreams come true. The only thing I regret is that I didn't do it sooner.. Thanks again..

We want to thank JetMedical for helping us to better our life. We both are only 5 months out form the Sleeve operation and doing great. We are steady losing as we continue to eat right and workout. I dont regret a thing, only wish we did it earlier. JetMedical is a very nice facility to have this done. Everyone very friendly especially Caitlyn. She has been there every step of the way. I had surgery 12/21/19 and i’m down 65 pounds so far! Jet Medical was awesome with telling me everything I needed to know leading up to the surgery, and they have been phenomenal with resources provided to me after surgery and checking in on me often! If you’re considering Bariatric Surgery in Mexico, I highly recommend Jet Medical! It has been a life changing experience!

I had my surgery on July 17,2019 . My surgeon Dr. V and his assistant Naudia went above and beyond in all ways to reassure me when I was nervous etc. I traveled alone and they took care of me. Caitlyn is a superstar and she always answered my questions and never rushed me away. I would highly recommend.

It was an Amazing Experience, starting with our Driver Rafael, picking us up at out hotel at 6:30 am and took us to the Clinic. Upon Arrival everyone was so friendly and helpful, They prepped us for surgery and the nurses and Dr came in to speak to use and asked if we had any questions. Dr. V is awesome as well as his supporting staff. Nurses took very good care of us before and after surgery. I highly recommend Dr V and Jet Medical Tourism. Also a thank you to Caitlyn with Jet Medical Tourism, she helped make this process go so smooth.

I arranged to have bariatric surgery through Jet Medical and it did not take place due to complications. I purchased a nutrition plan for $750 and the surgeon Dr. R has told them twice to partially refund his fee due to only partially doing the surgery. I have attempted to talk to Jet medical about this several times but they won't return my calls or answer my emails. I would like to be refunded for services I did not receive but it seems Jet Medical is refusing to even discuss it with me.

Kent with jet medical tourism was amazing to work with. Kent was very helpful in arranging everything in a timely manner to prep me for surgery in Mexico! I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this company!
