Jesus failed to honor the contract to build our home. He walked off the job stating that there was no money in it for him after he already received $30,000. He over spent on the project budget and he had us pay a $3,300 rental bill for a piece of equipment that sat without use for 3 months, with the promise to finish the job. Two days after paying, he walked off the job telling people he finished our house. He completed the job to the pre-sheetrock phase and left us without money in the budget to hire another contractor to finish our home. We have had to fix many mistakes including a french door opening that was framed to the wrong size in between two large windows, framing inside for sheetrock was unlevel/not square. Door openings are out of square and 1/2" out of level, blind spots in external wall for insulation were NOT insulated. Inspector says plumbing is incorrect, we need to repair complete back wall of garage with siding that has large "waves" along lenth of wall. Inspector said to cut out bird block in eves that had been covered over, along with a handful of other items. Overall this contractor does "shoddy" work at best and we want other people to learn from our mistake and DO NOT HIRE this person.
