Jessie's Fireshack & Pizzeria

Review: On Saturday, April [redacted], 2015 I had placed an order over the phone at Jessies Fireshack & Pizzeria located in [redacted]. I ordered an eight piece buffalo wings and Very Berry salad which total to $22.28 including a $5.00 tip. The ordered was delivery approximately 40-45 minutes later. After receiving the order, I quickly noticed that the wings were over cooked and appeared to have been sitting out for hours and the salad lettuce looked brown and old. I contact Jessies and spoke with [redacted] who stated hes the [redacted]. I expressed my concerns and went on to say I have ordered from him in the past and never had issues. I asked if he could please resend a new order and he refused to do so or offer any resolution to resolve this matter. I am extremely disappointed by Jessies Customer service and I wish for this matter to be further investigated.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive a fully refund of $22.28 and a written apology from the [redacted].
