I have not received my photographs in the time promised. Photographer has not responded to my emails. I have only received an automated message.
I would like a refund for Headshot photos that were taken. The photographer was late delivering the proofs to look at. After picking my 15 photos I was given a 3 week time period that the final images would be delivered and it is now over a week late and the photographer has not responded to my emails. I have only received an automated message.
