built a porch for me last summer. He wrapped the posts in white aluminum sheeting. I called him in July as the white paint coating was pitting and flaking. He checked out the problem and assured me he would find out the cause from the supplier and replace the sheeting. I have followed up with him numerous times and he has continued to tell me he would be replacing the sheeting at no cost to me. However, two months later, I am still waiting. He does not respond any longer to my texts, phone messages, or email.

As *** has stated she did contact me about some pitting that had occurred in the aluminum around he posts. I went to her residence and investigated the problem. I contacted the supplier as stated. They informed me that the pressure treated posts would cause this. I contacted *** with the news. We came up with a resolution of maybe a thicker material would not pit so easy. I had made a date to return to her house and address the problem. In the discussion I said as quoted, HOPEFULLY be able to do it next week. I could not make it. *** has sent me another alternative that she would not mind. I have never been inn this situation before, so before anything else is said or done. I will wait to hear back from the ***.

***' response is a non-response. I have offered 2 suggestions to resolve the problem: 1. Remove the present sheeting and replace it with a thicker product as he offered to do; or 2. provide me with a refund of the cost of materials and labour that I was charged to apply the present sheeting, providing me with invoices. I will be satisfied when either one of these options is completed.
