On January 26, 2020 (a Sunday) this company came out to clean my air ducts. I thought the day of the week a little strange but the technician stated he could work on Sunday.
The service was unsatisfactory. I was told that the air duct cleaning would eliminate the musty smell when my furnace blower kicks on. I was also told that they would also sanitize the air duct system. Neither of these occurred.
I was told by the technician that there was a 3 month warrantee on the service, but the owner did not return any of my three calls I placed to submit the warrantee request. (The message service gave me the owner's name as ***.)
In summary, the service was totally unacceptable and the warrantee was never honored.

Billing Adjustment The service charged me $474.00. (I tried to stop payment on the check but it was cashed the day after the technician came to my home. I would like a total refund less the cost of the quote of $79.00. Therefore, I would like a refund of $395.00.
