This is in response to the complaint by [redacted] W [redacted] Mr [redacted] repair was already out of warranty as stated on the repair order our labor is days furthermore, Mr [redacted] NEVER notified me of any problem just showed up to the shop armonic balancer one hand and a receipt on the other did NOT at any time before did he notified me fo any problemI offered in a great gesture to remburse Mr [redacted] for the part however that offer is of the table.1) OUT OF WARRANTY2) DID NOT NOTIFIED ME BEFORE OF ANY PROBLEM3) THE PART WAS NOT NEW4) I WOULD HAVE FIXED IF FOR HIM IF HE HAD BROUGHT IT BACK TO ME WITH A QUALITY USED PART Tuesday, March 14,
