Peter [redacted] is a LIFE CHANGER! I am a Realtor who had a client who was selling their home and there was a patent defect of a leak in the garage. My client was told by more than one set of inspectors, including Buyers inspector that the problem was deck above. After Thousands of dollars in repairs, and problem was not solved. I found Peter [redacted]. I am so lucky as he came in and saved the day. He found the leak which was a small hole behind the outside light on the outside wall of the house. Who would have knew. ? Besides cost of remediating the damage, the fix would have been under a $100.
