Review: On week 2 of September 2015, I brought 3 shirts to be dry cleaned at Econo Cleaners. After picking up the "cleaned" garments and reviewing the quality of service. I found 1 dress shirt with a stain about 2 inches long on one side (front) and a stain about an inch on the other side (front). I brought back the garment to be re-cleaned which the business took back with resistance because he claimed it was not by their doing. Today, 10/*/2015 I picked up the garment and the stain was still there. I told the employee the stain was not fixed and this needs to be fixed. The employee said "we did not do this" gave me a refund of the cleaning and walked away with to avoid speaking to me further and resolving the issue. I clearly did not have the stain on the shirt when I brought it initially and the business clearly does not want to "own" this problem they caused.Desired Settlement: A replacement of the damaged garment.
